Boxing
is a challenging and some times brutal sport. It asks for
your total commitment and discipline. A boxer must possess
speed, strength, power, endurance and agility. Anyone who
has boxed appreciates the combination of strong hands, forearms,
and trunk. Boxers sometime forget that all power originates
from the core musculature and stabilization of the core is
the foundation for all extremities movement patterns. A strong
properly conditioned core will certinaly deliver a stronger
and quicker punch.
