forces. Areas of study will include more than the biomechanics
of the human body by covering the mechanics of load application
as well.

This class is a comparison of the contrast between traditional
training methods and proper biomechanically based techniques.
Discover why some traditional methods can be more harmful

This forum sets out to answer your REAL questions. When should
food be eaten? How should food stuffs be eaten? What are the

in a day? What REALLY works?

A lecture dedicated to the explanation and the nature of supplements.
The qualities of nutritional/sport enhancing supplements will

will focus on the structure of the spine and how back pain
affects the overall function of the body. The relationship

well.

Spinal misalignments (subluxations) cause our nervous system
to function improperly. When these subluxations are corrected
under chiropractic care, they sometimes don't stay corrected.
When this happens, it is necessary to stretch and strengthen
the muscles around the spine to help it stay in place. This
